This Privacy Policy explains how Orieal Technologies LLP ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Fotofy, the official app of COCA (Central Organization of Camera Artists). By creating an account or using Fotofy, you agree to this Policy.

Information We Collect

Personal details you provide: name, designation, phone number(s), email address, profile photo, and member ID.

Business details you provide: business name, business phone/email, address, location, business logo, gallery links, and social media links (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp).

Payment details you choose to add: bank name, account number, IFSC, branch, UPI ID, and payment QR code.

Device information: a push-notification token so we can send you alerts.

Activity data: bookings, enquiries, favorites, and your chapter/zone/ district/state membership details.

How We Use Your Information

Create and manage your member profile and business listing
Show your business to other members and clients within the app (directory, search, favorites)
Process and route bookings and enquiries between members
Send push notifications about bookings, enquiries, and COCA events
Maintain chapter and zone records for COCA's organization

Payment Information

Fotofy is a member directory and booking platform — we do not process payments or handle money on your behalf. Bank account, UPI ID, and QR code details you add to your business profile are shown to other members and clients so they can pay you directly. Only add payment details you're comfortable making visible on your profile.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Your profile and business details are visible to other COCA members as part of the app's directory. We use Firebase (Google) to deliver push notifications. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and dispute resolution.

Your Rights

You can request correction or deletion of your data by emailing teamorieal@gmail.com. We'll act on verified requests within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain records by law.

Children

Fotofy is intended for business owners and professional members of COCA. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
